The story of a young group of siblings, practically abandoned by their parents, who survive through their cleverness - and humor - in a tough neighborhood in Manchester. Although they don't admit it, they need help and find it in Steve, a young man from a middle-class family who falls in love with Fiona, the eldest sister, and becomes increasingly drawn to this unconventional and unique family.
